TRUTH IS HARD TO ACCEPT

Truth is hard to accept. For some they choose to embrace less than the truth, for it is easier to accept, more palatable, or for a few, it is more useful to them.
I am a forensic investigator, not a politician. I embrace cold truth, nothing less. Sometimes truth is painful but it has to see the light, for healing  to work its way into the hearts of victims, and justice to be once again palpable.

I am writing this not to rebut the politician who choose to spread less than the truth , for the politician does not deserve this. I choose to write for my friends who want the truth, nothing less.

The CHRISTINE SILAWAN MURDER and RAPE case hogged the headlines in Cebu.

It was one of the most gruesome case in the province. Initially, the NBI filed a murder case against a suspect, later the PNP filed another case, pointing to another suspect. Both cases were eventually dismissed. In the second case, the suspect was killed in detention. Justice had eluded Christine and her family until now.

Just like in the Kian Delos Santos Murder Case, the Silawan family cannot believe the findings of the PNP, reason why they requestedThe PAO Forensic Team to examine the body of their daughter. Our findings were clear, attested to by hundreds of photos and videos taken during the actual examination - Christine was sexually molested, killed, acid poured into her face, her facial skin scraped off leaving bare her facial bones.

Based on our criminal event reconstruction, there were more than one perpetrator. Most likely three. Christine was held down and molested. We showed these findings to the police, but for some reason they chose to ignore it. Our findings coincide with the narration of a witness. The witness went missing. There is so much about this case. We expect this case to be re-opened soon.

Hopefully, the truth will come out, soon, bare truth, untwisted by politicians.

The PAO Forensic Team’s investigation of the DENGVAXIA DEATHS started in 2017 when the Department of Justice issued a departmental directive to the Public Attorney’s Office to assist and investigate the injuries, and deaths of those injected with Dengvaxia. Our forensic examinations of the bodies of children who died after Dengvaxia vaccination started in December 2017 with the forensic examination of Angelica Pestilos. It turned out she had Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, an autoimmune disease at the time she was vaccinated with Dengvaxia. She should not have been vaccinated with a live virus vaccine like Dengvaxia. She died of multiple organ bleeding.

The bodies of Dengvaxia vaccinees have piled up. As of yesterday July 10, 2020, the number of forensic examinations the PAO Forensic Team had performed is 154. We have examined the bodies of a physician, a police officer, and a health worker, all of them received Dengvaxia and died thereafter. The findings are common in all of them - multiple organ failure, multiple organ bleeding, and Severe Dengue. Most common immediate cause of death is brain and lung bleeding.

Yesterday, July 10, 2020, on the request of her father, mother and grandfather, the PAO Forensic Team examined a 13-year old child, number one in her class. She completed 3 doses of Dengvaxia from 2016 to 2017. As certified by her attending physician in her death certificate she died of Severe Dengue. On forensic examination by the PAOFT, she had multiple organ enlargement and multiple organ bleeding. Immediate cause of death is Brain and Lung bleeding.

I can go on. I can relate all the stories of shattered families, and shattered dreams. We cry every time they pour out their pain. Each and every one of the 154 families. Nothing can and will ever heal their pain, except possibly justice.
Our society owes them Justice. We owe them.

Injustice here is injustice everywhere.

So I go back to the politician. Do I need to rebut you? No. I am too numb from the cries and pain of victims. Too numb to feel your insults. I leave it up to my God.

My pain, and the victims’ pain, may they heal.
