How can I develop self-confidence and self-esteem?


  • Every day, spend one hour reading a book.
  • Early morning wake-ups, such at 5.30 a.m. to 6 a.m. 10–15 minutes to read a book or read the newspaper Excise first thing in the morning. Try to keep it to 30 minutes.
  • Never, ever watch a pornographic video.
  • Stay away from social media and watching amusing videos.
  • Start with watching a movie that will drive you to learn or a biography movie.
  • Run 15 minutes every day, or every day for 20 minutes of exercise.

Is it possible to write about who I am?

Nobody can compete with you when you have a lot of self-assurance and believe that no one can beat you.

Look in the mirror and see what you see

  • I am in good health.
  • I'm confident in my abilities.
  • My day is going well.

Make a note of your plans for today. Put that piece of paper in your pocket or tape it to the wall in front of your face to remind you of it.

The most successful men are those that work wisely rather than hard.

  • When the eyes are closed, beautiful images flood into the head.
  • Drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary and fatty foods.
  • Before going to bed, read a book for 30–45 minutes. The book should be motivational, biographical, or business-related.
