Eat less processed food. Especially, potato chips, donuts, cookies and crackers.

Quit using vegetable oils and margarine.

Don’t eat fried foods.

Do not buy anything with high fructose corn syrup in it.

Do not drink any regular or diet pop.

Cut back on sugar. Use stevia, not any other sweetener.

Maintain proper body weight.

Don’t smoke.

Don’t drink alcohol.

Get some movement in your day. Muscles will get weaker, but at a slower rate, over time, versus getting weak faster if you just sit all day.

Vegetable oils, margarine and fried foods have linoleic acid in them. This destroys your mitochondria. This creates high inflammation, which results in having a heart attack, cancer, obesity, diabetes, arthritis and dementia, over time.

Eat more fruit and vegetables.

Get your vitamin D level tested. 30 ng/ml is the minimum level needed to be not deficient. Optimal levels are between 50 to 80 ng/ml. It is important to take vitamin K2 (MK-7) while taking vitamin D3. It helps to prevent and remove calcium from your arteries and puts it back into your bones. WARNING! People taking blood thinning medications should not take vitamin K (MK-7). It can interfere with how your medication works in your body. I personally take 5,000 IU daily of vitamin D3. This may not be the same dose for you. After taking vitamin D3 for 6 to 8 weeks, get your vitamin D level checked again.

Vitamin D helps to prevent pneumonia. It helps to expel water from your lungs when you are sick.

Vitamin D helps to prevent the cascading event that results in death from covid or other viruses. You need to have a vitamin D level of 30 ng/ml or higher.

Get your C-Reactive Protein level tested. It indirectly measures inflammation in your body.

I am retired. I try to do most of the above things. It doesn’t have to be 100%. I am healthy. I am not overweight at all. I have perfect blood pressure. I had tests done to see if I have prostate, colon or stomach cancer. No cancer at all in those areas. I only take 1 prescription medicine. I probably have better health than most children. 54% of American children have a health condition. It is so sad that this is happening. It could be prevented if parents were educated in nutrition. You also have to be not poor because healthy food costs more than processed food. Money seems to be tighter now than ever before. It is only going to get worse. Fiat currency has 100% always gone to worthless value. This going to happen in our lifetime, unless you are 85 years old. 4,000 currencies have become worthless in the last 5,000 years. America can never repay its debts. America uses new debt to pay off old debts. It can barely pay the interest on its debt. The Ponzi scheme has to come to an end.
