It's a quick evening snack for us college students but we have to restrict it.

It is harmful in long term because it Contains MSG, high sodium, and preservatives.

So it may Spikes blood pressurecreates gut issues, and has zero nutritional value.

  • Soft Drinks & Packaged Juices (Coke, Maaza, Frooti)

It is Commonly consumed drink of everyone especially during summers.

But it's actually hazardous because it is Loaded with sugar (one bottle = 5–7 spoons), artificial flavors.

It can cause Fatty liver, diabetes, obesity — even in teens.

  • Biscuits (Parle-G, Hide & Seek, Oreo)

It is Commonly consumed as a Tea-time snack across India.

It's harmful because it is Made up with maida, sugar, hydrogenated fats (trans fats).

Which Triggers insulin spikes, increases fat storage, causes bloating.

  • Namkeen, Sev, Bhujia (Haldiram’s, kurkure, local brands)

From a kid to an old aged person everyone consumes it without a thought but it's a slow poison.

It is Deep-fried, loaded with salt and artificial flavors.

It can Raises blood pressure, increases risk of kidney issues and bloating.

  • Bakery Items (Patties, Cream Rolls, Cakes)

It's commonly found in Local bakeries, birthday parties, school canteens.

But it is harmful because of Uses cheap margarine (trans fats), sugar, and refined flour.

It can Blocks arteries, leads to long-term heart issues, and contributes to early insulin resistance.

  • Candies, Toffees, Lollipops (Pulse, Alpenliebe, etc.)

It is Commonly eaten By kids, but even adults pop them casually.

It's harmful because of Pure sugar + artificial color/flavor.

Can cause Rotting teeth, insulin spikes, and addictive sugar habit formation.

In India, the problem isn’t just the food — it’s the frequency and quantity.
