Nutella - As per the company, Nutella is goodness of hazelnuts with a hint of cocoa. However, if you'll check the nutritional information, per serving (15 grams) gives 80 Kcal energy and 8.6 grams carbohydrates. Out of 8.6, Sugar[1] is 8.5 grams.

In simple terms, 2 spoons of sugar = 1 spoon of nutella. And everyone knows, once we start, we gobble up 4–5 spoons in one go easily.

Sugar Free - Highly consumed low calorie sweetner in India as claimed by the company. It is favourite among diabetics and weight watchers.

If you will check the ingredients, first ingredient would be lactose which is nothing but sugar found in milk. It consists of Aspartame[2] which has lots of side effects like weight gain, heart issues and high blood pressure.

Sugar is far better than Sugar free because there are no chemicals and side effects. However, I would suggest to use honey or jaggery as a sweetener.

Oats Maggi - Talking about the ingredients, oats flour is just 39% and rest is Maida (more than 50%). Also, added acidity regulators, thickners, humectants etc. help in increasing the shelf life which effect our bodies negatively.

If Maida is more than 50% then why it's called an oats maggi. Over and above this, in a packing of 75 grams, 55 grams are of carbohydrates with 375 calories.

Daily recommendation of sodium is around 1800 milligrams for an individual and 75 grams of maggi give 900+ milligrams of sodium in one serving.

Not at all healthy!

Coke Zero - This is favourite among all the fitness enthusiasts and product boasts about zero calories also. Let's take a look at the ingredients:

Artificial sweetners - consider sugar free - not healthy

These sweetners are 950 & 951 grades which are aspartame & acesulfame pottasium. Side effects of these sweetners are hormonal imbalance and cancer[3] in some cases.

Think before you buy these products.
