Talking to your body can improve your health faster than supplements

Psychology research is increasingly showing that the way we speak to our bodies can directly influence health outcomes. A growing body of evidence suggests that self directed language, often called self talk, plays a powerful role in regulating the nervous system, immune response, and stress hormones.
