We actually have an official Website for that. Feel free to visit it here: BUILD!

Some of the biggest key infrastructure projects are:
The New Clark City in Pampanga. A green and smart city soon to be the Philippines' administrative, economical and cultural capital to decongest Metro Manila. It is where the SEA GAMES 2019 will be hosted.

The LRT and MRT expansion. Currently under construction, this will provide ease in commuting from North of Metro Manila to South. It will also incorporate lanes from nearby provinces to boost connectivity.
The Mactan Cebu International Airport. The construction was initiated during the Aquino Administration, and was expected to be operational in 2019. This will be the first “Resort Airport” in the region - a gateway and a destination at the same time.

The upgrade and construction of new terminal in Clark International Airport. It aims to decongest air traffic and boost flight accomodation in Metro Manila.

The Metro Manila Subway. construction underway. This will serve as an alternative to MRT to access North and South of Metro Manila.

The Manila-Clark Railway, to accomodate the future demand for inter city mobility once New Clark City starts operation. Also it will host cargo transportation from Port of Manila to Clark.

12 bridges is being/will be constructed across the Pasig River. The main water ways traversing cities of Metro Manila aim to provide alternative routes and accessibility throughout the cities across Pasig River.
Cebu Bridge Project, is a 8.5 kilometre suspension bridge to be built to connect Cebu City and Cardova in Mactan, Cebu. It is considered a vital project to connect the Visayan Islands and Mindanao.

The projects within Metro Manila are the ones I am more familiar with. There are also projects being constructed in Visayas and Mindanao, specifically the upcoming Mindanao Rail Way.
Modernization programs are also being implemented in Mindanao, like the jeepney modernization program.
Dams and hhydro electric power plants are popping out everywhere, making electricity allocation better than ever especially in provinces.
Telecommunication company specifically for the internet provider are on the verge of improving the speed and connection as threats for 3rd service provider is being pushed by the government.
The websites I have provided includes small to game changing infrastructure projects.
The Philippines may be experiencing too much negative publicity recently, but the good thing is that the current administration was committed in developing infrastructure in the country.
Again, it is important to note that we haven't yield any results from this projects YET (because most of them are still under construction). Also, the government is very open to private-public partnerships. Now is the right time to invest in infrastructure.
