Once you wake up every day, drink at least 1–2 glasses of water. Avoid cold water. Just plain water is fine. Do this every day. This will help your body detoxify. Do not eat your breakfast immediately after this. Keep a gap of at least 60 minutes. After that, you can have your breakfast.
You can have chapati, fruits, oats, sprouts, salads, and many others for your breakfast. Your breakfast should not be too heavy or too light. No matter how busy you are, do not forget to eat your breakfast. Skipping breakfast can have severe consequences in the long run.
For lunch, you may opt for rice, dal, chapati, kinds of curry, salads, and so on.
Try to have dinner before 8 pm. It is much better to keep the evening meal very light.
One last thing: try to eat home-cooked meals whenever possible. Because with restaurant food, you really can never tell what exactly you are getting.
