Losing hope is a devastating feeling. That is our last defense in front of any adversity. When we lose all hope, we surrender ourselves. Everything seems lost. You feel huge disappointment with yourself and everything. You don't see an exit in your sight. But no matter how hard a situation can be, there is always an exit.
What is hope?
Hope is to cherish a desire with anticipation, a feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen.
7 LESSONS THAT WILL HELP YOU TO SURVIVE HARSH TIMES WHEN YOU LOSE ALL HOPE
1)THERE IS ALWAYS AT LEAST ONE EXIT- Nothing is lost. No matter how difficult a situation can be, there are plenty of solutions to every problem.
2)ASK FOR HELP AND SUPPORT- We have some limitations. If you have smarter or more experienced people around you, ask for help and support. Don’t allow your pride to prevent you from asking for help and support.
3)ACCEPT REALITY AS IT IS, AND TRY TO DO SOMETHING- Most people are paralyzed after some adversity. They don’t accept reality as it is. Accept reality as it is, and do your best to improve your situation.
4)FAILING IS AN ACCIDENT, BUT NOT DOING ANYTHING IS YOUR CHOICE- Yes, you fail, so what. You don’t want to spend all your life thinking about your traumas. Your life is more than a collection of traumatic experiences. Failing is an accident, but not doing anything to change that situation is only your choice.
5)DON’T WAIT FOR OTHERS TO SAVE YOU, SAVE YOURSELF- Most people have problems, and they can barely save themselves. Don’t wait for others to save you, save yourself. Be proactive.
6)BELIEVE IN YOURSELF- Self-belief is an important part of your life. When people lose self-belief, they instantly lose hope. Never lose trust in and rely on yourself, because these are the foundation of your personality.
7)DO THINGS THAT WILL GAIN YOUR HOPE- Courage is an important quality. We can’t even start things without courage. If you have fears, doubts, insecurities, etc. the best way to gain hope will be to face these.
