Constipation: How do I get rid of hard stools throughout my intestine?

The most effective and safest trick, "Enema with warm water". A solution with zero side effects. To be done on an empty stomach, not after having food.

An Enema kit and warm water is all you need. You don't really need any other supplements although a few websites suggest some lubricants like soap, olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil etc. None of them really help, water is the main source.

Hang the water container at a height, so that water can easily flow into the colon. Lie down to your right side and let the WARM (not hot) water enter the colon. Let the water soak the faeces for 15 to 20 minutes or as long as you are comfortable. The harder the stools are, the longer it takes to loosen up. Stand and gently press the lower abdomen with your hands. Sit on the potty in squatting posture. Watch your posture, sitting with your knees bent at 90 degrees angle is not a comfortable position for the colon to move the faeces.

Do not force and let the colon move the faeces by itself. In about 10 to 15 minutes, the water and a little stool will be defecated. If the stools are really hard, 1st attempt might not be successful as it allows very little water to enter the colon.

Take a day or two off from work, don't have food and try fasting with honey and water. Add 3 to 4 spoons of honey and squeeze a lemon in a glass of warm water and have it every two hours. Keep having water in the intermediate hours. 250 grams of honey gives you about 800 calories of energy and you will not feel tired or hungry.

Don't panic, stay positive and try enema again. It takes 3 or 4 days to completely clean the intestine.

PS: Do not use the smaller nozzle, it is meant for kids.
