As typical as this answer is, it depends.
Many (or I could even say most) Koreans are wrongfully and ridiculously prejudiced against Asians who they think are darker than Koreans. It is wrong and absurd, but they believe their “pure blood Koreanness” makes them superior.
I see on related questions where people ask why Korean men like Filipino girls. I am sure some Korean men genuinely like them for personal reasons but I know many Korean men go to the Philippines to have paid or unpaid sex for sport, often refuse to wear condoms because “it feels better” and have given rise to the problem of single Flipino mothers having to raise their Kopino babies without ever hearing from the father again.
Korean men call it “sex travel” and often travel with a group of like-minded male friends just to get some. Many Korean men who are studying English in the Philippines are prone to pull this as well.
It would be best not to have sex with such sex-crazed people, but if one must, I really hope that women prepare condoms yourself and insist on using them if they ever have the misfortune of sleeping with a Korean man.
