What are 5 things you should never take for granted?
Health: Most won’t realize this until it’s too
late. Start early, and if you have kids, start early. We can use food as
medicine or medicine as food as we age.
Best Friend –
Not the person who has a lot of friends or multiple “best” friends. I
mean the person you call about “just about anything” and that person has
your back. In good and bad. Very hard to get and harder to replace if
lost.
Reliable partner: Today it is difficult
to find an honest, loyal, trustworthy, funny and not messy partner. If
you find this person, treat them with respect and hold on to them
forever.
Family: Family is usually “always” at
your disposal. I understand that family can upset you, and some are
toxic. But you must have some family members to support you in a healthy
way through the “ups and downs” of your life.
Being Alive: Life
isn’t always fair, but for the most part it is. It is our “choices”
that lead us into many situations that concern us. The good thing is
that you are reading this, you are alive. There is still a chance to
make a difference in this world. Be the difference.
