Don't leave the garlic for the body's health because of its smell!

Garlic is a wonderful Herb that has many health benefits. But many people are reluctant to eat it because of its pungent smell along with the frosting. Allicin, a compound in garlic, boosts our body's immune system. It can fight infectious diseases and protect the body from disease attack and cure the disease in the body quickly. Regular consumption of garlic can reduce the severity of common colds and flu and cure them quickly.

Active compounds in garlic relax blood vessels and improve blood flow. This balances the blood pressure and prevents the risk of heart disease. Antioxidants in garlic help reduce inflammation throughout the body. Due to this, the symptoms of diseases such as arthritis will disappear. Overall bone Health will improve. Garlic helps promote and balance the health of good bacteria by stimulating enzymes that aid in digestive functions. Its anti-microbial properties fight harmful bacteria in the intestines and help in overall digestion.

It doesn't seem fair to put aside garlic, which has so many health benefits, because of its overpowering smell. Here are some ways to reduce the unpleasant smell of garlic.

1. When garlic is added to food and eaten well cooked, its lingering taste in the mouth will be reduced. When cooked like this, the excess sulfur responsible for garlic's aroma is balanced out.

2. Frying garlic in ghee or sauteing it with other vegetables will reduce its smell.

3. Chewing fresh mint leaves in the mouth after eating garlic will also remove the smell of garlic. This herb has natural deodorizing properties

4. Instead of using raw garlic in cooking, use garlic powder to reduce the smell. Sprinkled on salads can also be beneficial.

5. When garlic is eaten with acidic foods such as lemon juice or vinegar, the acid in those foods will react against the sulfur in the garlic and reduce the garlic's odor.

6. After eating garlic, brushing your teeth with a brush, using dental floss to remove the particles between your teeth, and cleaning your teeth and gums with mouthwash will help to remove the smell of garlic.
