Pumpkin seeds are considered beneficial in many problems. However, many people should avoid consuming them.
The problem may increase
If some people eat pumpkin seeds in excess, there is a possibility of increase in health and body related problems.
Diarrhea problem
- Pumpkin seeds are high in fibre, which is good for digestion, but if consumed in excess, it can also cause diarrhoea.
low blood pressure patients
- If you are a patient of low blood pressure, then you should not eat pumpkin seeds. Actually, anti-oxidants are found in its seeds, which reduce blood pressure.
Weight increases
- If you are already obese, then do not eat pumpkin seeds. Its seeds contain high calories, which can increase body weight.
Cholesterol may increase
- If you are a cholesterol patient then you should not consume pumpkin seeds as it contains oil which can increase the cholesterol level.
