What are the best natural remedies to lower high blood pressure?

Taking garlic empty stomach in the morning can help, also add more leafy green vegetables, salads, fruits to your diet. Drink sufficient water.

Don’t be swayed by the modern world of technology where everything must happen quicker/faster. That’s one of the reasons you have high blood pressure. So slow down.

Practice deep breathing 2–3 times a day. It works like magic. Inhale through your nose, take to the belly, don’t stop at chest, fill the stomach with as much as air, hold the breath for 2–3 seconds, 4 seconds if possible . Now exhale through your mouth with a sound of ‘aaah’.

Go for walk/jog in the morning and evening preferably places with natural greenery, walk barefoot on grass in the lawn. Laugh more, smile more, watch comedy, and don’t watch thriller, horror movies always. Be grateful for life and all you have achieved in life, be mindful about your thoughts, don’t forcefully try to prevent/ accept by labelling them negative or positive. Think of happy memories, give preference to self and family over work. Try to learn something new to keep your mind busy, start with something simple and take it easy, don’t force yourself too much. Stop watching news, instead read good books, also write about yourself and any other topic that you know well which might help others. Have romance with your spouse, spend quality time together. Take time to visit new places, spend time with mother nature. Do some sports.

Be a child, play with children. Don’t always look for logic, let the magic happen.
