  • Eat canned fish with bones like salmon or sardines.
  • Eat tofu made with calcium sulfate.

Limit foods high in oxalate

  • Eat fewer foods like spinach, beets, nuts, wheat germ, rhubarb, and soy.
  • Eat calcium and oxalate-rich foods together during a meal.
