What are the best ways to cook chicken?

Spicy chicken that you never tire of, the more you chew it, the more delicious it tastes

Ingredients:

Two chicken legs, onion, ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, peppercorns,

Method:

1. Cut the onion into sections, cut the ginger into shreds, and slice the garlic.

2. Chop the chicken legs into small pieces and add the onion and ginger, add two spoons of cooking wine, ten and two spoons of light soy sauce, ten and a half spoons of dark soy sauce, ten and a little white pepper powder, eleven spoons of oyster sauce + one spoon of starch, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Add more oil to the pan, heat the oil to 60%, add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown, remove, raise the oil temperature again, pour in the chicken pieces and fry for 30 seconds and remove.

4. Leave a little bottom oil in the pan, add peppercorns, garlic slices, onions and dried red pepper segments and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Add the fried chicken pieces, add one spoon of light soy sauce, ten appropriate amounts of salt and a little white sugar, chicken essence, eleven spoons of chili powder and stir-fry evenly (you can leave it out if you don’t want to eat it), and finally sprinkle with white sesame seeds and onion segments and stir-fry evenly.
