Ingredients:
Chicken, coriander, onion, ginger, garlic, chili, soy sauce, sugar
Method:
1. Wash the chicken, steam it in a pot for 25 minutes after the water boils, take out the steamed chicken and let it cool
2. Prepare onion, coriander root, ginger, garlic (preferably sand ginger), stir-fry on low heat after the oil is hot, stir-fry the spices until slightly charred, add 4 spoons of soy sauce and a little sugar, boil and remove the residue
3. Cut the cooled chicken into pieces and drizzle with soy sauce
