How can I lose my weight in a month?

You gotta be careful doing this, first of all, I wouldn't recommend it.

Losing weight should be slow and sustainable rather than an abrupt change in your body which might cause any amount of health issues like developing ulcers if you start starving yourself to lose weight.

But to your question, I would say you can lose weight rapidly by cutting on carbs, ditching canned beverages and doing cardio.

Don’t eat bread, pasta, potatoes or rice, stick to lean (boiled) chicken breasts and a lot of vegetables, also include boiled eggs, fruits and nuts to your diet.

Do cardio at least 5 times a week, try to go to the gym for at least 30 minutes a day , or go run at the park, jump the rope or swim, there are many cardio exercises to choose from.

If you feel that you really need some carbs then I would recommend you to have a small portion of your favorite bread, pasta or rice only and ONLY after working out.

Only drink water or green tea, if you have time to buy fresh fruits and make yourself a nice cup of juice then go for it, but don’t add sugar, maybe a bit of honey is ok.

Please note that I’m not any kind of accredited doctor or health specialist, but I’m talking from my own experience trying to lose weight, if you wanna read more about cardio and motivation maybe you’d be interested in reading this post Motivation and The Benefits of Cardio this is my personal experience trying to lose weight.

This is an infographic of how I first started including cardio in work out routine

The previous infographic is just a suggestion on how to include different cardio workouts to your routine.

Some people also do fasting to lose weight, to do this you would have to skip diner.

Trying to do all of these at once might be counterproductive, so please do it one step at the time, losing weight is like a marathon, all you gotta do is try every day and don’t give up, we can all reach our desired body shape.

Best,
