Old is gold! Hey?
Western men are looking for domesticated and devoted wives and they found them in the Philippines.
It is a cultural thing. Traditional Filipino wives are very submissive and let their husbands be the boss or in charge of almost everything. That is the Filipino culture; the husband is in charge of everything except the money. Wife is the treasurer. That is the traditional household role, but it has changed now, a bit, because of Western influence.
Old Western men, having been divorced and had enough of being with their own race decided to explore and spread their wings to the Far East. And why the Philippines? They could go to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia etc. One reason is, that English is the second Language in the Philippines. It is easy for the Western men to communicate. We all know that Western men are quite impatient? They are in a hurry to find a partner to bring back to the West and they have no time to teach a woman to speak English. Get it?
A Filipino wife does everything for her husband just to make him happy and content. You may wonder why they go to young Filipino girls, not to the old ones? No available old ones. Again is the cultural thing. Old Filipino ladies, never been touched and never kissed are no longer interested in dating. They just want to go to church every Sunday to pray, help family, and stay away from boys.
It is a taboo in the Philippines when you are an old lady say 60's, you are still eager to find boys, especially in the province.
It is not true that Filipino girls marry Western men for financial gain. This is a very wrong assumption just because the Philippines is a third-world country. Bear in mind the ratio of girls is much higher than men in the Philippines. We are short of the male population. More girls than boys. Another reason, Filipino girls like to improve their race as they love the white skin and the look of Western people. They want to have kids with white people. This is the attraction.
