What are some tips to stay young?

Get enough sleep consistently.

Go to bed early so that you wake up before your alarm.

The best exercise is walking at a slightly faster pace without hurting yourself.

Ditch your car, save money and walk a lot. Get your groceries by foot.

Eat unprocessed whole starches like potatoes, beans, oats,… instead of bread, pasta,…

Find a hobby that lets you be creative without pressure from outside.

Avoid stimulants like alcohol, caffeine, nicotine,…

Find ways to boost your energy levels without stimulants.

Make sure you get enough iodine, b vitamins, and other essential nutrients.

Get your blood checked regularly.

Try to get some sunlight daily, but avoid too much sun in the summer.

Check if your stool looks healthy, there are charts online.

Write in a diary every day, try to write down deeper struggles, so you can find the words to express them.

Relax often with music, instead of watching the news. Just read the highlights that you care for.

This is hard, but try to find a job that you mostly enjoy, so time flies quickly during working hours.

Keep a small but close friend circle.

Find a spouse that you love, look up to, and uplifts your mood. But understand it will not always be like this. Take some time to think before you start or end relationships. Think with your heart AND mind.
