How does vitamin D improve immune health?

Vitamin D - part of sun that charge humans up. A million year old solar waves enter through your skin and lightens up your brain and body. Isn't it a miracle? Vitamin D is an electricity for living beings of earth. Can a device function potentially without adequate power? Same goes for our body.

Sun is responsible for your overall well being - mental and physical. We all say in a pharse “ you are ray of light, a ray of hope” . When it comes to mental helath, being exposed to sun in early morning hours is like soaking in rays of hope in true terms. Vit D helps immune system to fight with bacteria and virus. It controls innate and adaptive immune responses. When you lack sun, your own immune system attack on your body and results in auto immune dieseas. There's no antidote to eradicate auto immune dieseas once you have it. That's another reason to be out under the sky when the sun is up.

A ray of hope brings a ray of light - and a hope is all we need so why not to soak in early morning sun.
