He said he would. Promised he would. Because it served his interests. But what if no such list even exists, or it doesn’t exist anymore? He’d still push it. “Why didn’t Biden release it?” his followers would say, “unless there are Democrats on it!”
And they probably are. Everyone is. Even Stephen Hawking and Bill Gates, Clinton, half of Hollywood… and yes, Trump. On whose watch did Epstein die?
Who was President when Epstein “killed himself” while on suicide watch, the cameras pointed at him 24/7 suddenly “malfunctioning” and the guards at his cell conveniently taking a nap? The man’s autopsy said the infamous human trifficker and pimp showed injuries more common with strangulation than hanging…
Epstein died on Trump’s watch. Under very shady and mysterious circumstances. And you think a president bold enough to murder a man who had dirt on him wouldn’t also gain access to any potential client list of the man he just offed, and destroyed it? Because he absolutely would have, if he could. I don’t think anyone in power truly wants that list revealed — there are top Democrats on it and top Republicans.
Roger Stone literally just outed himself as a client of Epstein by threatened to sue for defamation over a tweet about the Epstein list — when the post didn’t even mention Stone at all. Thus confirming he’s almost certainly an associate. And Stone is a close associate of Trump. And in fairness, some powerful Democrats or Democrat associates are also on the list. He had a lot of clients, in all the right (and wrong) places…
Trump will never release the Epstein files. He said he would, but he won’t. He fanned the flames of the conspiracy theories about Epstein, willingly and gleefully, because his base ate it up and he benefitted from it. He never planned to actually be transparant, though… perhaps he miscalculated and it will backfire. Because some major Trump supporters like Roseanne Barr are now demanding he release them.
The plan was never to be transparant about Epstein but to just promise transparancy and then deflect, distract and pray the MAGA base moves on. It seems like they won’t, though — the Epstein story has been hyped up for far too long by too many conservative thinkers and influencers online. Like a senile Icarus, Trump flew too close to the degenerate sun that is Jeffrey Epstein… and Epstein is burning his wings and causing him to fall to earth, even from beyond the grave. He can’t spin this one — all he has left in his arsenal now is distraction. Expect some bold and desperate moves soon.
