- Burnt food. Pls really don't eat the items on the satay. Or if you're grilling meat when you're all you can eat, please don't burn it. It's delicious, but it's a carcinogen that triggers the most effective, worst, and most cursed cancer. Even his crimes are worse than instant noodles.
- In the sun, don't use spf. For both men and women, please really use what's called a sun screen. To break down exposure to ultraviolet rays that cause skin cancer, especially those with a history of yes..
- For women who are not diligent in checking the condition of the cervix. Especially those who are already in active contact. Pls have a Pap smear every 3 years. Or the HPV vaccine when you're still a virgin. You can even have active intercourse, but first have a Pap smear. Make sure it can be vaccinated or not
- Asep2an. Cigarette smoke, vehicle smoke, industrial residue smoke, chemicals that shouldn't be in perfume or dry cleaners. Aaaargh… that's why before there was corona I was wearing a mask everywhere. At least reduce exposure to smoke.
- Rarely wash hands. Our hands often touch this and that. Then the hands often touch the face and are used to eating. Hands must be clean to minimize inhalation or ingestion of chemicals.

Has anyone ever tried to poison the food given to actors on a film set?
Bill Paxton and Suzy Amis.
Some feel like vomiting, others start laughing for no reason, still others cry their eyes out…
Actor Bill Paxton recounted this moment in a
1996 interview with
Entertainment Weekly :
"I felt perfectly fine, and then, suddenly, in an instant, I had a terrible surge of anxiety. I wanted to breathe into a paper bag!"
James Cameron, for his part, says that he suddenly felt dizzy and preferred to leave the set to go vomit in the toilet.
"When I came back," the director revealed , "there was nobody there anymore. Everyone had left the set."
The team members scattered throughout the studio, overcome by a crushing sense of unease. They could be seen moaning, lying on the floor, sobbing in despair or laughing uproariously…
Suddenly, a technician from the team rushes towards James Cameron and sticks a pen in his cheek.
"I remember sitting on a bench with blood dripping from my face, and I couldn't stop laughing!" the director recounts.
Emergency services were quickly called and the entire team was rushed to the nearest hospital.
The doctors believe the problem stems from the team's last meal. It's the only explanation that could account for everyone feeling unwell at the same time.
There was fish soup on the menu, perhaps it contained a poisonous shellfish.
The matter is being taken very seriously and the police are in charge of conducting an investigation.
The blood and stomach contents of the patients will be analyzed to understand what affected them to this extent.
When the toxicological analysis was revealed, it did indeed confirm that it was a case of poisoning. But not from a fish or shellfish.
What made the crew sick was PCP, phencyclidine, a hallucinogenic psychotropic drug. It was in what the film crew ate.
PCP causes hallucinations, distorted perception of sounds, and even violent behavior…
But despite a lengthy investigation, the police were unable to find the person responsible for the poisoning. In 1999, the case was closed.
But James Cameron has his own idea on the matter:
" I think it was a former employee who did this for revenge. A member of the production team had been fired the day before. He had a problem with the caterer who handled the food on set; it was becoming problematic, so we parted ways with him. I think he poisoned the food to get back at the caterer, with whom he'd had issues. He probably wanted us to think the caterer was doing a bad job and, consequently, that we would want to stop working with him. In the end, if that was his intention, it worked, because we immediately stopped working with that caterer."

Did Lord Carnarvon get rich from Tutankhamun?
The tomb was no payout.
Lord Carnarvon. He was already rich - He married Almina, a Rothschild bastard with a giant dowry. He didn't need the Pharaoh’s money - he needed a hobby.
He spent a fortune digging holes in the sand.
They broke into the thing, 1922 - Lord didn't see a dime of profit.
He saw a mosquito.
He signed a deal with The Times for £5,000 - but that was just pocket change.
He died of blood poisoning. In Cairo.
This was before the real looting began.
His widow Lady Almina went for the money - fought the Egyptians for a share - She didn't get the treasure. She got a check for £36,000 to cover the bills - It was a refund, there was no jackpot.
His private stash was sold to New York later - but the tomb itself was a money pit.
How are peanut butter and high blood pressure related?
Among sources of high-protein, high-fat nutrition, few rank as highly as peanut butter.
It is rich in proteins, fats, monounsaturated fats, vitamin E, B vitamins, folate, tryptophan, and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron.
In moderation, individuals with high blood pressure may also consume peanut butter.
It is established through research that peanut butter is a rich source of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA). MUFA reduces cholesterol, decreases blood pressure, and lowers blood lipids.
Peanut butter contains an amino acid known as tryptophan. Tryptophan could trigger serotonin and melatonin release. At the same time, it regulates internal body time, which eventually helps with sleeping at night.
As a nut-based food, a single peanut butter serving provides about 588 calories within a 100-gram serving. Overindulgence in this food can lead to obesity.
It is recommended that only 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (about 30 grams) should be consumed per day.
Enjoy it!
