I. It was the only place a woman offered me money to have sex w/her & impregnate her. They really love Mestizos there.
II. The people were mostly friendly although there is no question that crime is a problem
III. It rains constantly. I was surprised.
IV. The poverty is there bur many Filipinos are rich esp. Fil-Chinese & the Spanish Mestizeria.
It has a strong Latin American feel like Mexico
