How healthy is corn?

Dear friends, do you know? Since I started the challenge of eating corn every day for a month, my life has changed dramatically! This is not only a change in eating habits, but also a test of persistence and self-discipline.

The nutritional value of corn is really high. It not only provides enough energy, but also is rich in dietary fiber and various trace elements.

Every morning, I prepare a corn for myself, cook it in the simplest way, and then taste it slowly. The natural sweetness and light fragrance seem to be a gift from nature to me.

After persisting for a month, I found that I not only lost weight, but also my skin became smoother and more delicate. More importantly, I felt unprecedented vitality and confidence. This persistence makes me believe in myself more and more motivated to face various challenges in life.
