How to make delicious noodles in easy way?

Here’s a simple recipe for making delicious noodles at home, packed with flavor and easy to prepare:

Ingredients:

  • 200g noodles (any type: egg noodles, spaghetti, or instant noodles)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional for spice)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Noodles:

  • Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the noodles as per the package instructions until they're al dente (firm to bite).
  • Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop cooking. Toss them with a little oil to prevent sticking and set aside.

2. Prepare the Stir-Fry:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add sliced onions and cook until they become translucent.
  • Toss in the carrots, bell pepper, and cabbage, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they soften but still have a slight crunch.

3. Flavor the Noodles:

  • Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and a dash of sesame oil (if using) to the vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
  • Season with black pepper and salt to taste.

4. Combine Noodles and Vegetables:

  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are fully coated with the sauce and mixed with the vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Serve:

  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot!

Tips for Extra Flavor:

  • Add cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu for protein.
  • For a spicy kick, sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Use hoisin or oyster sauce for a richer flavor.

This recipe makes a quick, flavorful meal perfect for lunch or dinner!
