Go Running - Running is an amazing habit to incorporate. There are the obvious health benefits such as decreased obesity and risks for diseases such as stroke and heart disease, but there are great mental ones as well. In my experience, running for long distances teaches you discipline and self control. Running can have this slow painful feeling where your mind keeps telling you to stop, even when your body has the strength to keep going.
Get Up Earlier - You’ve heard this before but its true. Wake up early! Avoid sleeping in. Waking up earlier is making a clear statement that you are ready to have a productive day. Starting your day right can make all the difference in how you handle the rest of your day.
