What are the symptoms of kidney problems or disease?

Imagine waking up one morning and going to the bathroom.

In the bathroom, you look at the mirror and realize your face looks puffier.

You shrug it off for a week until you realize your feet also have swollen up.

This is one of the symptoms.

But, it doesn’t stop there.

After you damned your feet for swelling, you went to sleep.

But, you keep waking up at night to go and pee.

Just as you go and pee, you notice that your pee is bubbly, and you feel slight pain when you pee.

You keep shrugging off the signs.

But, that is another symptom.

And, it doesn’t stop there.

You wake up another morning and go to work.

You realize that your swollen foot keeps getting worse.

Then, as you arrive at your office, you feel tired and can’t focus.

As soon as you go home, you realize that you are more tired than usual.

The days go by and you realize that no amount of sleep helped you recover.

You feel fatigued, tired, and foggy head.

That is another symptom.

But, you still shrug it off.

Then, you realize how bad it is when you finally feel lower back pain.

You are in discomfort with your swollen feet, lower back pain, fatigue state, and one more that you realized.

And, that is skin rash.

No matter how much lotion you put on, it still becomes rashy.

Then, you keep going to the bathroom until you think about going to the doctor.

Why?

You realize that your pee now has turned red due to blood in your urine.

Now, you finally go to the doctor and do a medical check-up.

At your screening, you found that you have high blood pressure.

Then, you do other medical check-ups, and the result?

You have signs of kidney problems.

So, there you go, your body will tell you when it’s not okay.

And, it isn’t different with kidney problems.

Your body tells you that you have kidney problems, by:

  • Swollen eyes and feet
  • Frequent urination, bubbly urine, and also bloody urine
  • Fatigue
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Low back pain
  • High blood pressure
  • Skin rash

So, when you feel these symptoms, listen to your body.

Go and do a medical check-up.

Especially if these symptoms have been going on for too long.
