What is the best way to stay good-looking?

  1. Drink at least 3 litres of water. Water plays an important role in removing toxins from the body.
  2. Take a proper care of your diet. Proper Nutrients and vitamins help in maintaining Good body tone and look.
  3. Have a low body fat. Extra layer of fat hides your inner beauty. Damn go to gym and remove that.
  4. Develop a good confidence. That is something makes you look different from the crowd.
  5. Wear fit and comfortable clothes. Clothes are what that can actually make a difference .
  6. Wear good cologne and use mouth freshner everytime you go out.
  7. Have a goal in your life. People ( mostly girls ) find you attractive and more appealing if you have goals and you working on them.
  8. Work on your posture. Improve your walking or standing or sitting posture. Your posture tells a lot about you.
  9. Exfoliate once a week. Though i don’t suggest to apply more on your face but it’s necessary especially when you remain out through the day most of the times.
  10. Drink Green tea once a day.
  11. Eat fruits and Green vegetables in salad. They provide every essential nutrients and vitamins our body needs.
  12. Sleep for 7–8 hours daily. Check your daily sleeping pattern when you are going to bed at right time or not. It prevents from developing black circles under your eye.
  13. And in last , Stay motivated and goal oriented.
