IMO, the guy isn't the brightest bulb because the USA is only using the Philippines.
Do you know that during the pandemic that China donated vaccines to the Philippines as soon as the vaccines became available? China also donated medical supplies. On the other hand, the USA regime kept telling the world that it had an America first policy and so wouldn't donate to anyone. After much criticism by the WHO, the USA regime begrudgingly donated vaccines years later. Note the dates of the articles below.

I understand that Filipinos don't like Chinese people. The Phillipines is the sixth most racist country in the world, but Filipinos should open their eyes. The Phillipines along with Vietnam have militarized almost the entire South China Sea, and the two countries keep stealing other countries’ fish. Everyone has been stealing fish but not as often as Vietnam and the Philippines.
