What do you think luck is?

I think this incident best illustrates the power of luck.

A Chinese woman is surprised to discover on her son's wedding day that the bride is actually her long-lost daughter.

A woman attending her son's wedding was in tears after identifying the bride as her long-lost daughter. The incident took place on March 31 in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. The mother-in-law noticed a bruise on her new daughter-in-law's hand, which resembled the bruise on her lost daughter's hand. After finding the bruise, the woman approached the bride's parents and asked them if she had been adopted more than 20 years ago. The bride's family was perplexed by the question, as it was a secret. However, they revealed that they had found a baby girl on the roadside several years ago and raised her as their own daughter.

Hearing this, the bride burst into tears. She had always wanted to know more about her biological parents. She described the moment she met her biological mother as "happier than my wedding day."

But that wasn't the whole story. There's more.

Now the bride is worried about marrying her brother, but her mother-in-law makes it clear that she has no objections to the marriage since the groom is also adopted.

The woman adopted the boy after she had lost all hope of finding her missing daughter, whose mother had been searching for her for years to no avail, reports Oriental Daily.

She said that as they were not biological siblings, there should be no problems with their marriage. The bride was relieved to hear this and the couple completed the wedding rituals.

The guests invited to the wedding bestowed their best blessings on the family on a doubly joyous day.
