Heart Problems During Exercise: Exercise is a great way to keep our body and mind healthy. Shortness of breath

If you experience shortness of breath along with chest discomfort during exercise, it is an early sign of a heart attack. This shortness of breath may or may not be accompanied by chest pain. So if you experience excessive shortness of breath for no reason, consult a doctor without delay.

Dizziness

Exercise can make one more tired. If they are doing exercise for the first time, they may experience a lot of fatigue. But if you experience dizziness or lightheadedness while exercising, it is not good. Treat it as a warning, stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
