It is mostly our diet and lifestyle choices. A 2018 study linked a diet high in bread, pastries, and other desserts to low total testosterone levels in Taiwanese men.
The man above is a Mongolian wrestler. Raised on a diet rich in milk and meats, the Mongolians are known for their powerful physiques and high levels of natural testosterone. It is no wonder that these nomadic warriors crushed empires wherever they went — the mostly grain-fed farmers were no match for the powerfully built horseriders with their incredibly protein-rich diets. Physical exercise and activity, too, have been proven to boost testosterone rates. Something the Mongolians got plenty of.
What causes men to lose their masculinity? Soft, comfortable lifestyles. No physical hardships. No pains, and therefore, no gains. If you want to live like a conquering hero, eat like one. Work out like one. Don’t just sit on your ass playing video games, vaping, drinking soda. You are what you eat — eat like a soft man, become a soft man. Eat like a hard man, become a hard man.
