How do I live to 100 and prolong my life to live longer?

A woman named Maria Branyas Morera died in Spain in August 2024. She was 117 years old. Scientists studied her body after her passing, trying to find out the causes of her exceptionally long life. The first thing scientists found was that the old lady had the gut biome of an infant — she ate healthy, and all natural products, local produce, few to no preservatives or additives.

Aside from this, Branyas Morera had a good and stable marriage. She raised three children and had a good relationship with her grandchildren. Because of her stable and calm family life and the closeness she continued to feel to her descendants, she was emotionally at peace with herself and her place in the world. Last but certainly not least — Branyas Morera did not smoke or drink. And she walked every day for considerable distances.

And then there was the mediterranean diet. She ate a lot of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, tomato. If you want to live to 100, read up on the lives of Maria Branyas Morera and other people who lived to be 110+ and see how they live — eat sparingly, move a lot, have a stable family life, don’t smoke or drink (or do so in moderation) and keep walking.
