There's a few, and aside from mung beans, theres also this tofu, known as tokwa in the Philippines.

Tofu is made of condensed soy milk that's pressed into solid white blocks in a process similar to cheese making. The high level of protein makes tofu a good alternative to animal-derived meat. So basically this can replace meat if you choose to be a vegan.

It's not that I love this, but I get used to it when I was a kid. At home, there’s this simple rules that anything serve on the dining table should be eaten. Either eat it or starved, as it was instilled on me at young age that we don't have money to buy delicious food. Aside from that, my mother basically believes that anything natural is healthy. So, yeah, tofu had been a staple since then, next to rice.

In some part of the Philippines I guess they aren't much familiar with tofu. But in our province, it's a common cottage business, thanks to the abundance of soybeans, making it a cheap raw materials for tofu making. And, mother seems like into panic buying when purchasing our weekly provision of…yeah, you're right, the wholesome versatile tofu.

Versatile I say, as this wholesome blocks of dirtywhite colored soybeans product, can be transformed into delicious crunchy or chewy delights.

Tofu can be cooked in many ways, like these;
