What are some good Asian foods to make?

As a beginner what are some good Asian foods to make? Besides the obvious of sushi, fried rice, ramen, ect?

Bravo for asking. Like any other broad cuisine (e.g., Indian), Asian cooking rewards the adventurous palate. Here’s some of my absolute favorites aside from those you already mentioned. These will keep you busy for a while.
