Unless you have a very in-demand skill your chances are slim. I don’t know which country you are in but your best bet is to look at job postings on job websites in the country you aim to work at.
Most likely, if you pass the interview stage, you would be directed to an agency that would help you for a fee. But since you said you don’t have the finances, maybe you can ask the agency to provide sort of a financial arrangement like salary deduction scheme.
This is what happened to me before I went to work in Malaysia as a software tester. I only spent for my airfare because I wasn’t fortunate enough to land in an agency that would pay for it. The agency did lend me money for house rental deposit when I got there, it was payable in three months.
I suggest you save as much money as you can first, even if you try to work overseas using little money as possible, it’s still not advisable to go abroad without any allowances. It’s risky and foolish.
